ScholarsEye is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your full report unlocks on the same page as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds, and stays available at its private link for 30 days.

Free preview first

Before you pay, the free preview shows every highlighted passage in your document and the full guidance for one passage, so you can judge whether the full report is useful to you.

When we refund

Write to [email protected] within 7 days of payment with your report link, and we will give you a full refund if:

• the report failed or didn't unlock after payment;
• you were charged more than once for the same report; or
• the full report contained nothing actionable for your document.

Because the full report is delivered instantly, we don't refund simply because you disagree with the results, or because another tool gave a different result.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your report at any time.
