Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Mandla Labs ("we"), which runs ScholarsEye at scholarseye.com. By uploading a document or paying for a report, you accept them.
What ScholarsEye does
ScholarsEye highlights passages in your document that show patterns common in AI-generated text, explains why, suggests how you could revise them in your own words, and checks your references against public scholarly databases. The free preview shows every highlighted passage and the full guidance for one passage. A one-time payment unlocks the guidance for every passage and the full reference check for that document.
What it does not do
- No tool can prove who wrote a text. Our results are guidance for authors, not a finding of authorship, plagiarism or misconduct, and must not be used as evidence against anyone.
- Other detectors, including those used by universities and journals, use different methods and may disagree with us. We do not promise that your document will pass any other check.
- We do not rewrite your text. The work of revising it stays yours.
Your responsibilities
- Upload only documents you wrote or have the right to submit for checking.
- Follow your university's and publisher's rules on AI use and disclosure.
- Don't attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
Your content
You keep all rights to your document. You give us permission to process it only to produce your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments
Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Each payment covers one document. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a rejected submission or a grade.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mandla, Madhya Pradesh.
